NDTV to Expand

NDTV is planning to expand into a few more channels, a Hindi General Entertainment Channel, a lifestyle channel and Metro TV Channels over the next few years. NDTV is forming a fully-owned subsidiary "NDTV Ventures" that will lead the comapny's foray into these areas. Funds for it would be generated either internally, through private placement of equity or the IPO route.
